Quarantine – Photography Project During Covid-19 in Dubai

Quarantine is a documentary photography project created during Covid-19, when a photographer and a nurse were confined together in an apartment in Dubai for ten days. With stunning views of the Dubai Marina, the project began spontaneously when Ajla, my roommate, jokingly offered to be my tripod. By photographing portraits and everyday moments, we explored human connection, creativity, and life in quarantine. This project transforms confinement into a visual narrative, showing how photography captures emotions and shared experiences during the pandemic.
